Reppublika is a multinational media tech company headquartered in Vienna, developing our own SaaS product in the field of online advertising, access panels and digital market research. We are currently a team of 60, including 40 developers, working both on-site and remotely across Europe. We are looking for an experienced mid-level or senior Dev Ops Engineer who is passionate to learn, grow and take ownership within a lively international team. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented person who wants to advance their career in a fast-paced work environment that values diversity and motivation. We have established development hubs in Vienna, Riga and Sarajevo, but the successful candidate could also work remotely anywhere within a European time-zone, playing an integral role in the growth of our flagship software ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Further development of existing DevOps build processes as well as deployment processes
Analysis and continuous improvement of existing DevOps structures, standards and tools
Collaboration with developers to create and improve CI/CD pipelines
Test, validation and technical documentation of the environment
Collaboration with our Scrum teams
Requirements
Degree in computer science, systems engineering or similar, OR alternatively, lengthy work experience combined with relevant certification
Proficiency with version control systems (Git), build tools and package management systems
Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Linux-based operating systems
A very good understanding of CI/CD and affinity for new technologies
Operations or DevOps experience (min 3 years)
Experience regarding container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of Cloud Technology (prefered AWS)
Accurate and structured working approach, confidence to face challenges and ability to solve problems independently
Effective communication and teamwork skills, excellent English skills. other languages a plus.
